The Supplier Capability Building Program
AIM Progress a leader in responsible sourcing within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, is partnering with sponsoring corporate brands to deliver this programme in India (ABF, Danone, Kerry, Essity, The Hershey Company, Mondelez, Unilever).
The programme runs from November 2025- June 2026 and will be implemented by Centre for Responsible Business (CRB) alongside monitoring and evaluation by Quizrr.
Centre for Responsible Business (CRB) is a New Delhi based think tank. CRB works with multiple stakeholders, including businesses, government and regulators, experts and think tanks, to enable businesses to integrate responsible practices in their core operations.

About the Program
Learning Approach & Methodology
The capability building will combine virtual training sessions with one in-person event in Mumbai (2-3rd February), featuring guest speakers and distinguished experts from government, business, and civil society. The sessions and event will enhance awareness on Business & Human Rights (BHR) related topics and provide opportunities for brand-supplier engagement. All sessions and materials will be available in English.

Objectives:
- Targeted Training: Addressing suppliers’ specific capability needs (i.e., responsible recruitment, health & safety, grievance mechanisms)
- Contextual Relevance: Delivering actionable, practical content tailored to local business realities
- Progressive Learning: Supporting year-on-year maturity growth in HREDD
Goals:
- Build capacity to develop and implement Human Rights & Environmental Due Diligence (HREDD) systems
- Strengthen supplier capability in root cause analysis, risk assessment, and corrective action planning
- Foster a regional supplier network for collaboration on HRDD and human resources
